Marshall W. Tuttle
Being a trial lawyer entails complex thinking and analysis of the law. One of Marshall Tuttle's many strengths is the ability to analyze every issue from multiple perspectives and then communicate his thoughts in a way that's easy to understand. It's how he gains trust from clients he's representing. And juries he's presenting to. Marshall focuses his practice on the areas of worker's compensation and personal injury litigation.
Notable career achievements:
His accomplishments include Student Bar Association President, Drake Journal of Agricultural Law Managing Editor, Supreme Court Judicial Extern, Moot Court Negotiation Team, Timothy N. Carlucci Award recipient (2016) and Martin Tollefson Award recipient (2016).
On a personal note:
Always one to try new things, it's no wonder that taking flying lessons and learning a second language are at the top of Marshall's bucket list. His favorite thing to do in his free time? Travel with his wife, Megan, and his son, Carson, by his side.
