Mediation Arbitration

The practice of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) has grown exponentially to assist potential litigants and parties in resolving their differences away from the courthouse doors.  In today’s evolving litigation landscape, parties and their counsel are relying on non-traditional forms of dispute resolution more than ever.

Dale Peddicord has long stood at the forefront of ADR practice in the State of Iowa.  His nearly 50 years of experience as a trial attorney forms the foundation for his expertise to fairly evaluate complex litigation issues and guide parties to acceptable outcomes.  Dale Peddicord is a member of both the International Academy of Dispute Resolution and the American Academy of ADR Attorneys.

A hallmark of Dale Peddicord’s ADR practice is mediation.  Dale Peddicord is a Board Certified Mediator, serving in a wide array of matters ranging from high stakes class action lawsuits involving national corporations, commercial claims, professional negligence matters and motor vehicle accidents to workers’ compensation actions and product liability disputes. He has mediated over 600 cases with a 97% success rate.  Dale Peddicord is routinely retained to serve as mediator in cases with large jury verdict potential, and matters with complex legal issues facing the parties.

For the past 40 years, Dale Peddicord has been a certified arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).  He is an expert in adjudicating matters under the AAA governing rules, Iowa Rules of Civil Procedure, and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
