Biography:
Wanting to become a lawyer from the ripe old age of seven (or President if the attorney thing didn’t work out), Mark Bosscher specializes in civil litigation with an emphasis on workers’ compensation and insurance litigation. He believes PeddicordWharton’s team approach to handling files is a major difference from others firms. Clients working with PeddicordWharton attorneys and staff are able to call and ask questions not only about files currently referred to our attention, but also the other pressing litigation matters they are working on. He believes in educating clients and being a constant resource for them in an ever-changing legal environment. PeddicordWharton attorneys understand that clients often aren't able to wait more than 24 hours to hear back from us before making a decision, and as a result, making our attorneys always available to clients is a top priority. Mark believes he is able to work with a client to see the "big picture" strategically in litigation, ensuring that we are constantly pursuing an outcome that is both in the best strategic interest of the client and also the most efficient way to get to that result. It is very easy in civil trials to spend time winning small battles but losing the overall war, and Mark believes that he is able to help his clients keep their eye on the long-term strategy to arrive at the best solution possible in the most efficient way possible. Spending time with his wife, Jodi, and their three kids tops his favorites list when he is away from work. He also enjoys coaching his kids’ soccer teams. Mark is an avid reader and loves spending time buried in a good book. You can also find this life-long baseball fan watching or listening to the Detroit Tigers whenever he gets the chance.
