Biography:
A well-grounded attorney that does not take himself too seriously, Tim is responsive to clients’ needs, understanding the fastest way to lose a client is to not respond to them. His practice is focused on workers’ compensation and personal injury defense. Dale Peddicord, the firm founder, taught Tim the best way to get new legal work is to do a good job on the work you presently have. Thus, Tim’s primary focus is on serving the client because nothing is more important that that. PeddicordWharton is unique, he feels, because it has a very family-like atmosphere – professional, yet relaxed. Employees at Peddicord are hard working individuals who try to make doing the job as enjoyable as possible. Tim enjoys working here because it allows him the freedom to handle his own cases and develop his own practice while at the same time building relationships with partners and co-workers. Tim’s hobbies center around his four boys who share the same passion for sports as their father. He enjoys coaching them as well as participating with them on occasion. He loves to golf and entertain clients at the course. He also enjoys movies and dinners with his wife and friends. Finally, his family enjoys vacationing in warm weather a couple of times a year.
